1. The service

Rumpelstiltskin AI Video Generator provides a web-based tool for creating short AI-generated videos from text prompts, fixed virtual character references and optional user-provided reference images. Features, models, limits and availability may change as the MVP is tested.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password and authentication methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Prompts, images and authorization

You keep your rights in the prompts and images you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process those materials through the service and its generation providers. You must own or be authorized to use every uploaded image, including an optional co-star image. Do not upload a person's image without permission.

4. AI outputs

AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other generated content. Review every result before sharing or relying on it. You are responsible for the way you use generated videos and for checking any third-party music, likeness, trademark or other rights that may apply to your use.

5. Credits and payments

Generation uses credits according to the options shown in the product. PayPal handles payment processing. Credit purchases, expiry, failed-job restoration and refunds are described on the applicable checkout and refund pages.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to deceive, infringement, malware, attempts to bypass payment or safety controls, or content that puts a child at risk.

7. Availability and termination

We may limit, suspend or terminate access for abuse, security reasons, legal requirements or material breaches of these terms. We may discontinue or change an experimental feature without guaranteeing a particular output, speed or uptime.
