Rumpelstiltskin AI Video Generator processes the information needed to provide account access, AI video generation, payment support and secure result delivery.

Information we receive

Depending on how you use the service, we receive your account email, authentication identifiers, prompts, prompt optimization requests, generation settings, optional reference images, job status, credit activity, payment and order identifiers, support messages and basic technical logs.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, process the generation you request, send prompts and reference materials to the selected AI provider, reserve and restore credits, deliver private previews, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and maintain the service.

Images and generated videos

Optional co-star images are sent to the video provider as references for the requested generation. The MVP does not save those uploaded images in our private output bucket. Completed videos are stored privately and scheduled for deletion after seven days. The provider may apply its own retention practices. We may keep limited job metadata longer for security, billing and support records.

Service providers

Supabase provides account, database and private storage infrastructure. fal.ai processes video generation requests. DeepSeek may process text sent to the prompt optimizer. PayPal processes checkout information. These providers receive only the information required for the requested feature.

Analytics and cookies

If analytics is enabled, we ask for consent before using Google Analytics. We do not send prompts, reference images, generated files, passwords, payment card data or full account emails in analytics events. You can change the analytics preference using the control on this page.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about your account information, request correction or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be kept for fraud prevention, payment disputes, security or legal obligations.
