Refund policy
This MVP policy explains what happens when a PayPal purchase or AI video generation does not go as expected.

Failed generations
If the video provider reports a failed generation after credits were reserved, the reserved credits are returned to the same account. A temporary provider delay is not treated as a failure while the job remains in the queue.
Duplicate payments
PayPal orders and webhook events are verified and processed idempotently. If you believe a completed payment was credited twice or was not credited, contact support with the PayPal order ID.
Unused credits
Current credit pack prices and per-video costs are shown in the Pricing section. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months. Contact support if you want to request a refund for unused credits. Credits already consumed by a successful generation are not refundable solely because the result did not match a user's creative preference.

Email zzy1848599547@gmail.com with your account email, PayPal order ID and job ID. Never email a password, card number, API key or private image.
